About these terms
These terms govern your relationship with "Yekta Zamin Royaei Company", trading as "Yekta AI", in using Jimi and other services. In this document, "Yekta" and "we" refer to this company. These terms, together with related policies available to you when using the Services, form the framework for accessing the Services. To use on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept the terms on behalf of that organization.
- We may update these terms with notification and announcement of the new version's effective date.
- If there is a separate agreement for enterprise services or API, the terms of that agreement also apply.
- Depending on your residence and applicable laws, there may be additional rights or requirements for using the Services.
About Yekta
Yekta is an Iranian AI research and development company. We have developed Jimi as an intelligent assistant based on language models to help with writing, learning and problem-solving. - Using Jimi is subject to the terms and policies related to the Services.
- We strive to reduce inappropriate outputs; however, some responses may not be suitable for all users.
- Parents and legal guardians must supervise minors' use of the Services.
Registration and access
To use the Services you must be at least 13 years old; if applicable law sets a higher age, that is the standard. Users under 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian and use the Services under their supervision.
- Enter registration information accurately and completely and do not share your account or login credentials with others.
- In organizational accounts, the organization's administrator may, according to relevant settings and agreement, have authority to manage or access account information.
- Experimental features may have limitations or additional terms that are announced when provided.
Permitted use of the Services
Using the Services depends on complying with these terms, applicable laws and announced Yekta policies. You must not use the Services for illegal, harmful activities, infringement of others' rights or bypassing security restrictions.
- Commercial use of the Services, under the current policy, requires a separate agreement.
- We may temporarily restrict access to the Services to address a security threat or enforce a legal requirement.
- Services connected to other software or providers may also be subject to their independent terms.
Your inputs and outputs
Your rights to input content are reserved and you must have the necessary authorization to provide it. Receiving output alone does not guarantee exclusive ownership or absence of third-party rights. Yekta's use of content to provide and improve the Services or train models is subject to the Privacy Policy, user choices and applicable legal requirements.
- You are responsible for the content you submit and must respect others' rights and applicable laws.
- Do not enter passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in requests or files.
- Deleted data is usually purged from active systems within 30 days; details and exceptions are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Service provision and limitations
We continuously improve the Services, but they may have errors, interruptions or limitations. Before relying on responses, check their suitability for your intended use; especially when your decision has significant consequences.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of all outputs.
- Responses may contain incorrect, incomplete or inappropriate content.
- We may impose request count limits within a time period to manage capacity.
Yekta intellectual property
Rights to the software, design, names and other components of the Services that belong to Yekta or its licensors remain with their owners. Using the Services does not transfer ownership of these components to you, nor does it extinguish your rights to your own content.
- Use of technical and analytical data to improve the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy.
- We may use your suggestions and feedback to improve or develop products.
- Research or commercial use of analytical information must be within the framework of announced purposes and privacy requirements.
Privacy and security
How information is collected, used, shared and retained is explained in the Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms does not mean unlimited consent to information processing; where necessary, relevant consent must be obtained separately.
- To protect data, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and preventing others from accessing your account.
- If you see signs of unauthorized access, notify support at the earliest opportunity.
Subscription and payment
To purchase a subscription, enter payment information accurately. Auto-renewal, if offered and accepted by you at the time of purchase, is carried out according to the terms of that plan. If payment is not made, access to paid features may be restricted until payment is completed.
- Refunds are subject to the terms announced at the time of purchase and your legal rights; subscription cancellation does not necessarily lead to a refund for the consumed period.
- Subscription price changes are notified at least 30 days before implementation; previous purchase terms must also be respected.
- Payment is made through a gateway and transaction information is used to record and follow up the purchase.
End of use or suspension of access
You can stop using the Services and request account deletion. Yekta may restrict access or disable the account in case of breach of terms or to enforce legal requirements. Subscription and data status is handled according to relevant regulations.
- Refund status after termination of services is reviewed according to purchase terms and legal requirements.
- If you object to your account being restricted or disabled, send a review request to support.
- If the Services are discontinued for technical or business reasons, we will notify about access and subscription status.
Limitation of warranties
Services and outputs are provided with existing features and limitations. To the extent permitted by law, accuracy, uninterrupted access or suitability of responses for your specific purpose is not guaranteed. This clause does not eliminate liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
- Limitation of liability for indirect or consequential damages applies only to the extent permitted by law.
- Liability for security incidents is reviewed according to the parties' obligations, the cause of the incident and applicable law.
- The suggested liability cap, to the extent permitted by law, is the amount you paid or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater.
Indemnification for violations
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for indemnifying damages attributable to your unlawful use, infringement of others' rights in submitted content or breach of these terms. This responsibility may include claims made against Yekta, its employees or affiliated companies.
- Recoverable legal costs are also subject to law and the decision of the competent authority.
- Liability for damages depends on establishing the violation, the loss and the connection between them.
- This clause is applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yekta's liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited. The suggested liability cap is the amount you paid or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater. This limitation does not cover liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
- A security incident alone does not eliminate Yekta's liability; the obligations and performance of the parties must be reviewed.
- Enforcement of any limitation of liability depends on its validity under applicable law.
- Depending on your residence, you may have rights that these terms cannot limit.
Handling unauthorized content
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates laws, these terms or announced Service policies. Content restrictions may vary according to legal requirements in different regions.
- Content that violates the law or announced Service policies may be removed.
- We review user reports of inappropriate content or infringement of others' rights.
- Repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent disabling of the account.
Dispute resolution
In case of a dispute, you can first raise the issue with support for review and attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be pursued through competent authorities and according to applicable laws.
- The limitation period for filing a claim is subject to applicable law; this document does not set an independent one-year deadline.
- Submitting a support request does not replace the legal action necessary to preserve legal deadlines.
- The jurisdiction of the competent authority is determined according to the subject of the dispute, relevant regulations and a valid agreement between the parties.
General provisions
These terms and referenced documents form the framework of the agreement for using the Services. Changes are announced by publishing a new version and effective date; where necessary, separate notification or acceptance will also be obtained.
- Assignment of rights and obligations under this agreement is subject to law and valid conditions related to assignment.
- Invalidity or unenforceability of a clause, to the extent permitted by law, does not invalidate the other clauses.
- Not pursuing a violation does not in itself mean waiving rights related to subsequent violations.
Using the app
To use the Jimi app, your device and operating system must be compatible with announced requirements. Check the version specifications before installing; some features may not be available on all devices.
- Internet and communication costs are your responsibility.
- Auto-update depends on device settings and the store.
- Downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play is also subject to the terms of that store.
Regional requirements
Your residence and applicable laws may affect your rights and the terms of providing the Services. For questions about access or terms related to your region, contact support.
- Using the Services in Iran is subject to the applicable laws of the country.
- Withdrawal or purchase cancellation rights, if applicable, are reviewed according to law and the terms of that type of service.
- To comply with local requirements, access to some features may be restricted in certain regions.
